Wing Stop in Dallas

I love wingstop anyways. The wait at this location was slightly too long but it was busy, so I guess a lot of people love wingstop like me. Always yum yum!!!

Noooooo!!!!! While waiting for my food, I watched the cashier DRINK A BEER!! 3 minutes later, I saw the food handler BLOW HIS NOSE and proceed to make fries/wings WITHOUT WASHING his hands or putting gloves on. His name is NATHAN. How do i know? Because he was arguing with me, THE CUSTOMER about how he used a napkin while Another Employee had to keep him from approaching the counter while raising his voice at me. Again, I'm a paying customer....The manager, Priscilla didn't tell him to stop disrespecting the customer or to stop making food. She just gave me my money back, the whole time dude is making other peoples food, hands STILL NOT WASHED OR GLOVED. Please tell me how I can get this to corporate? Management and workers need to be reprimanded or maybe even replaced. Drinking on the job and unsanitary workers have ruined this location for me, and made me so so skeptical of others.

Staff was rude. Lady screamed that my food was ready and i was just getting drinks. I get home and my order was wrong. I call the restraunt they foward my call 7x. I will report to corporate. Waste of time and money

Omg the wing is not fresh they are not clean the French fries is dark oily they don’t Chang the oil very nasty me and my daughter can’t eat it we have to throw it out I pay $25 buck never go back

The food here is great, however, this place is a mess at night. I went to order my french fries yesterday, I was also trying to find a place to sit. There were so many trash that no one clean around 3-4 tables. I found at least 2 clean tables but that was all. Wingstop need to have someone clean around more often because the front counter was also full of lids or trash around there. The counter that they place ketchup and paper towel was so full of junk. It's not pleasant to eat while you have to look at the constant trash around.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for my fiid for over 20min. When I finally asked about my food the guy turned around and grabbed a bag that was sitting in the window for at least 10min. Once I paid I stood a few feet away from the pickup counter and never heard my name and was never acknowledged. The whole time three employees were standing at the register talking about picking up other shifts at other stores. I won't be back.

This is the best wong stop in the city. They actual have whole wings at this place and the food is hot and fresh

This place has horrible service, the cashier was rude. She seemed to hate being there. Food took a long time and was so salty we could not finish it

Good wings they were offly small to day. If they could do something about the fryes they are always limp and greasy

Food good. Music too loud. Wait staff was playing music in the kitchen also so it was very noisy. No black pepper available for my French fries

That food was so spicy and salty and I specifically said light seasoning and mild sauce and they did the opposite wow never again.

The wings are always great and the employee was very courteous and efficient.

Just FYI - The restaurant was so smokey from the burning grease or whatever we couldn't stay to eat. Also, I paid for all flats and did not receive all flats. I called about the issue and the person that said they were "the manager" said sorry they were busy all night and still busy and hung up the phone 🤷🏼😡

Priscilla and the crew do an amazing job consistently. Try the Spicy Lemon Pepper wings.

They took to long on my orders and people who got to the store before us got the food faster than us who had been waiting there for a long time.

The wings are great although rather expensive. The service at this location is horrendous. They are quick to clean if you dine-in but that’s because their staff just stand around. The wings take forever to be cooked. We called in an order once half an hour early and when we arrived we were told it would take an additional 45 minutes. We dined-in last week and it took them 25 minutes to cook our wings- we were the only ones there. We love the location as we live within walking distance, but it’s hard to return because the service is SOOO slow.

My first and last time trying wing stop. The service is terrible and that's probably because they stand around talking to each other while people wait for their food. Overall I was very disappointed, the wings (original hot) were not good at all and the fries were just blah. I will never eat at this sad establishment again.

The wings are good but the service suck on Abrams and skillman. The lady was rude, she coudnt figure out how to give me 3 flavors and she coudnt remember the 3 flavors after I cancelled my orders said mmmmhhuu. She didn't even try to assist me so I went to another wings top that's better service..

I waited almost an hour for my order.... Only to find out they spelled my name completely wrong After I asked the lady at the register several times... They need to up their customer service skills. I get that we are in a pandemic. However, that does not mean that customer service should go out the window. Do better!

If you have the time to wait over twice the time they said it would be ready, then go here. No apologies.

They don’t know how to answer the phone. They always hanging up in your face. Very rude. Very unprofessional. You don’t get a Hello, thank you for calling Wingstop on Abrams can I place you on hold for just a second. Nothing! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and it’s crazy because you would think the staff and management would be more helpful during this time however it’s rude and ghetto. Very sad and disappointing. Needs a new of everything ASAP!

This location has gone downhill fast. They messed up on orders while I waited for mine then my order came out wrong as well. Customer service is nonexistent here.

I love Wingstop! They are the best in the business. And, They will cook your wings well done also... If you like them that way. I sure do!!!

The service was quick but the wings were meh at best. However, the low rating is because of the cleanliness of the dining area. There is not even a trash can where one can clean the area themselves. Bathrooms, not good. Wouldn't recommend

Even though I order in advance, I swear they start cooking my wings when I get there. Had to sit and wait for an extra 20 mins for the 2nd time in a row.The wings aren't bad. But dont order the brownies, they're old and stale.

Tall blk man at register has a very nasty attitude and fixed my drink without gloves... I got a refund and will be contacting corporate.
